Russian investor villa is situated at the Budva coastline above the Jaz beach, on a sloppy terrain some 7km from the historical city of Budva.

 

The house is in a cluster of some 15 houses in predominantly natural environment.

 

Concept creates a strong cubic structure with a central inner court. Strong structure of the house is contrasted with curvy, dynamic arrangement of the exterior centered with open swimming pool and attached sunbathing plateau.

Functional structure is defined through three zones:

. lower ground floor – , entrance from parking lots, hall, spa center with recreational area and pool room in direct connection with the garden area and open swimming pool, then a wine cellar and at the end in the underground area service and technical facilities.

. upper ground floor with representational area accessed through the inner court, a living and dining room area in direct connection with the garden terrace, then a kitchen area and study area.

. first floor with the attic with 2 separate and highly intimate apartments, and 5 rooms both.

 

Garden area is arranged in three connected but different segments:

. open swimming pool with the attached sunbathing terrace on lower ground level

. stone paved terrace intended for night parties on the upper ground level

. guest entrance plateau with attached covered gathering area, connected with the above by beautifully curved stairway

. owner entrance plateau with 4 parking lots and an apartment for the house guard and the superintendent.

House is imagined in rusticated stone cladding with its deep cut windows and doors covered with wooden shutters. Dominant red roof confirms a dominance of cozy, intimate, traditional family ambient.

 

Garden is arranged in combination of two colored stone tiles and grass area with Mediterranean greenery.
