Zabran is a righthand bank area of the river Sava situated near the town Obrenovac.

 

It is the place where citizens are gathered during lond summer weekends and a place of distinguished eco-system which became a meeting place for members od various sports clubs like birdwatchers, fishermans, pensioners and rowers.

 

Concept

Concept emphasizes multipurposness, through several zones:

. marina

. access plateau and city beach

. rekretional area

. walking lane

. bicycle and trim lane

 

Each zone is to be maintain by one of the present clubs, while the access plateau and city beach has to be maintained by the municipality of Obrenovac.

 

Zabran is yearly floodable area between the river Sava and land dike. Therefore, created concept had to include building materials and sollutions that can resist river fluctuations.  Club houses from where the area is maintained is created on a dike level as pile dwelling and the marine is created to be vertically adjusted depending on the water level.
